She slung her black padded jacket over one arm and wore a pair of black wellington boots amid the crisp autumnal weather.
Emma opted for a make-up free look and slicked her golden tresses away from her face by styling into a neat high-bun.
Her youngest son Henry Teddy was seen walking closely behind her in a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms and bright red wellies.
The longtime couple also share two older sons together – Alfie, 13, and Harry, 11.
The rare sighting comes after Simon revealed he is not convinced by his on-screen mother Beverley Callard’s sudden change to a healthy lifestyle on I’m A Celebrity.

The Corrie star joked he ‘must be a mango’ if Beverley, 63, has decided to become a vegan, hinting she could be trying to swerve some of the show’s more disgusting dishes.
Speaking on Loose Women this week, Simon told the panel that it’s likely Beverley decided to go vegan given her daughter follows the same diet.
But after viewers accused Beverley of ‘cheating’ her way through a trial by being exempt from eating animal parts, the actor admitted he is not wholly convinced.
He said: ‘Rebecca her daughter is vegan and I’m sure Bev has done it for all the right reasons, health and to save the planet, if you believe that, I’m a mango!
‘I’m pretty sure it’s because she doesn’t have to put a willy in her mouth.

‘She’s doing brilliantly and the great thing about Bev is that she’s a brilliant storyteller, she’s a massive team player, and even though in the deepest parts of her soul ”there’s no way I wanna do that!” but she will! She’ll go the distance.’
Simon, who has worked with Beverley on and off for more than three decades, added he’s even been surprised to see her get stuck into the day-to-day running of the camp, including the nasty job of emptying the toilet.
He added: ‘I had an inkling I’d heard rumours I didn’t know whether she would. I’m very surprised about the fact she helped clean out the toilet.
‘If anybody trumps within a mile radius of Bev you get a clip round the ear, yeah so I’m shocked about that!
‘She hates toilets, I don’t think she’s ever had a poo in her life.’

Earlier this year, Simon also overcame Covid-19 after confirming he had contracted the disease in early April.
His revelation came just two weeks after the ITV1 show halted production on its Manchester set amid the coronavirus pandemic, which resumed again after nearly three months.
Announcing he had the virus in a tweet, he wrote on social media: ‘1st day out of bed today starting to feel a little better after contracting the virus, my main symptom was gastric and still is b****y awful but lucky to not have respiratory.
‘Stay safe everyone x.’
The popular star was quickly inundated with well-wishes from friends and fans after the shock announcement.

But tragically, just hours after Simon revealed his coronavirus news, Emma revealed that her grandmother had died of the deadly disease.
She wrote: ‘881 people lost their lives today, one of those beautiful souls was my grandma!! Heartbroken… #stayathome. Fly High Grandma… We love you.’
A short while later, Simon also took to Twitter to thank viewers for their support after he publicly revealed he’d been diagnosed with the virus.
He penned: ‘Thanks twitter for for all the kind messages feel tonnes better today xx
‘heart goes out to all the people who have suffered so much more. Stay safe.’
